Absolutely exceptional work. Henry exceeded my expectations with the quality of work he provided. I had several other exterminators come to my home to check for a rodent entry points and I was told my holes were completely sealed. But I was still seeing rodents scurry past my living room. 😖 I was so frustrated I called Henry. He responded promptly, came over and did a scan of my home and boom!! He found a huge hole other exterminators had missed. He sealed up the holes and created a plan of action for my home. HENRY IS TRULY THE BEST IN THE GAME. If you want to get rid of your pest problem give him a call. After his visit I was able to have a good night sleep again. I will be using Henry in the future for any pest problems that I may encounter in my home. 😊

Henry was knowledgeable and quickly found the entry way for the mouse we saw. We have not seen the mouse since Henry came and closed up the holes he found in the radiator.

He's very professional. Responded right away and was punctual. Thoroughly inspected the affected area and found the problem right away. He patched the rodent entry points and secured the drain pipe opening where the rodent was getting in. Screwed the drain pipe compartment door back on as well. Dropped poison in some holes in our front yard for good measure. He followed up with us the next day to make sure nothing reappeared. We replaced the pipe caps. Highly recommend this business.

Henry has is super responsive, thorough, and instructive. He methodically addressed my issue and explained to me everything he did. He went beyond that and checked my whole apartment for pests and gave me advice on what to watch out for. Past that he has a great demeanor and attitude. I would definitely hire him again!
