Jimmy and Albest is excellent! I hired him for a full tear off roof replacement, two skylight replacements, replacement gutters with leaf guards, and installation of front porch handrails (which he did free of charge). I found him to be incredibly transparent – sending many photos of the roof progress and providing clear information on issues that were laying under the old shingles (gappy boards, missing plywood planks, etc) and clear information on options and pricing along the way. I found his and his team’s work to be very through, cutting no corners, using high quality materials and the completed jobs looks beautiful. He showed careful attention to detail which is evident in the finished work product from well-contoured and anchored gutter downspouts connectors, clean new roof vents, installation of a new power vent, building in ridge vents, and with no messy tar anywhere. He is also a pleasure to deal with - no sales pressure from the beginning, fair pricing, and high integrity conduct and craftsmanship throughout the entire process, and thorough cleanup. Jimmy will be my trustworthy go-to-guy for any future contracting needs that I might have in the future.
