- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts for repeat customers as well as flat rates or per hour. We are willing to negotiate pricing or outbid competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk or text to see what type of service they need then set and estimate if required. We can come to an agreement on a one time service or schedule out for additional services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have customer service experience, and love working with the public, we have trained with other professions cleaning services for a hands on experience.
