- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our no commitment INTEGRITY guarantee will give our clients 2 months of service with no commitment. This will give us the time to show our value and build a relationship for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We immediately send new customers an information packet to help explain our services and how we can help. We then schedule a quick introduction phone call to make sure we are a good fit. Once that's settled we go over the 70 point transition checklist to ensure that the transfer is smooth for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We know how to do it right for our clients because we use the same system for our own properties. We started off as a small family business buying single and multi-family properties to sell or rent out. We currently own a number of multi family properties in the Hudson Valley areas.
