-Former SUNY Cortland baseball player that competed in the 2012 College baseball World Series.

Mike has been guiding and training me for 3 months now. These have been some of the best 3 months of my life. I have lost weight, gained energy, learned how to prepare and sustain a healthy meal plan I actually love, as well as how to maximise how I spend my time in the gym.
