FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please be clear about how many people are receiving services and take that into account for pricing. For example, $100 for 4 people is not realistic whatsoever. Also, if a job is far away and there is parking involved there are additional fees. I am extremely fair and will work with most people but this is a business. Please treat my career, industry and time with the same respect you would give any other working professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an understanding of a client’s wants, their expectations and needs. Asking for how they want to feel, if they have images they like, colors they feel drawn to, what there ideal look is. Then I explain what I’m going to do and in some cases will show them as I work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained fine artist and makeup artist currently working with Chanel. In addition to Chanel, I have worked with NARS, Dior, Chantecaille, Laura Mercier, Hourglass, La Mer, Urban Decay, Tarte, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Smashbox, and many others. I have been training and working in makeup for over a decade.
