Chef Arielle is a true professional and an excellent chef. Although, Thanksgiving dinner for 24 people was planned rather hastily in a house that was rented, Arielle was able to competently figure everything out. When I explained that the kitchen was in the very early stages of a renovation and that I was not sure about counter space, appliances, etc., Arielle assured me that she would make it work. And she did! Dinner was delicious, presentation was beautiful and the table looked great. Arielle remembered every detail, took note of food allergies, likes and dislikes and presented a fantastic, delicious Thanksgiving dinner. Arielle actually listens, and makes suggestions in a respectful, patient manner. Once she walked into the house, she took charge and was totally self-sufficient. Arielle is flexible and perceptive in having the dinner and service suit the crowd. Thank you Arielle for the first Thanksgiving dinner that I have not cooked in over 40 years and will now continue this new "tradition".
