Hired them for my first house inspection. I would say they provided a great service. The inspector seemed very knowledgeable about all areas of the house. Plumbing electrical structure basement inspection, i mean they inspected everything thoroughly. With the help of their inspection report I was able to get the seller to fix few things and also got a credit for things seller didnt want to fix themselves.
All in all great service.
