- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my fees and rates competitive and affordable. That said, my starting prices are firm quotes and not subject to discount as I provide premium service at affordable rates. I love what I do and hope to share it with as many as I can!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting my clients and having the opportunity to chat and learn a bit about them. Usually after an initial email or two we meet and go over their wants and needs and expectations. Next step is a written session proposal submitted for their review, and once that is approved and deposit received we secure the date for the session/event. Typically I send out a questionnaire, suggestion sheet and information form to ensure smooth sailing the day of the shoot/event. After our shoot is completed, turn around time is typically 15-45 days for digital proofs (depending on type of session) with a 48 hour teaser preview of a few images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking courses to hone my skills and learn something new.
