- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very hard to have a set pricing system. Each dog is very different and needs specific training tailored to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain everything from the beginning to the end. I want all new clients to feel very comfortable with Doggie Do Right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education as owner/trainer of Doggie Do Right started over 30 yrs ago. I am always reading books, attending conferences along with attending webinars. We keep ourselves up to date with all different training techniques.
