I would hands down recommend Spenser as a fitness trainer. I had the privilege of being a client of Spenser’s for two years and he sincerely changed my life. Working with Spenser I lost almost 60 pounds, built muscle mass, and developed life long healthy habits that I still use today. Before meeting Spenser in 2019, I didn’t have any approach to fitness or “dieting.” Even thought I lived an active lifestyle, played sports, I had always been overweight with no success of ever losing weight. I tried different diets and did countless hours of cardio, but nothing ever worked. In 2019, I was at one of my highest weights, weighing over 200 pounds as a 22 year old. Not only was I unhappy with my weight - I was unhappy with my lifestyle. Spenser helped me develop realistic goals for my fitness journey. He designed an individualized program of strength training and taught me an approach to tracking my calorie intake. I learned and implemented exercises that melted fat and built muscle. Learning about calorie deficit and maintenance helped me how to keep track of my calories - in a manageable, healthy way so I could still eat my favorite foods. Spenser is a big proponent for still eating your favorite foods (even chocolate!) in moderation. Most importantly, Spenser helped me remain consistent in order to reach my goals, which was something I had never done before. As a result, I lost and keep off the weight (60 lbs) I’d been dragging around my whole life. Spenser’s approach to training is individualized, passionate, and genuine. Even through a global pandemic (2020) Spenser still showed up for me by creating a virtual training program so I could still reach my goals at home - it was incredible. Spenser’s personalization and attention to detail made me feel like I was his only client, even though I was one of many - that’s how much he cares. He isn’t just a personal trainer; he’s a teacher, coach, and a friend. Because of our two years of training - I am a healthier person both physically and mentally. It’s been almost three years since my training sessions with Spenser and I can proudly say I’ve kept the weight off because I was taught habits rather than a “quick fix” If you are looking to change your life, look no further because you will not regret hiring Spenser!

Spenser is amazing. He explains and demonstrates what he would like for you to do. He pushes you when you feel like giving up because he knows your full potential. Spencer will also give the constructive criticism and you do not feel bad or embarrassed. I would recommend 10/10!
