Elmer was amazing. incredibly responsive- came the same day, and troubleshot and fixed a complicated gas grill problem when the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. He clearly has integrity, is a smart problem solver, and the many 5 star reviews speak for themselves. glad to add mine.
