Jaffa showed up a hour after I called about a clogged drain. He started by snaking the drain; ultimately we had to open up the septic to reveal a crumbling sewer line running under the house. Jaffa’s quote to replace the pipe was as low as the second quote we got; it was guaranteed; AND he brought in a contractor to quote us for putting the floor and cabinets back in. A week later and the project was done, on time and on budget. I was really impressed with his honestly and professionalism. He showed me what they were doing each step, and I could see with my own eyes the issues he found. His team rolled in and out each day with no problems, and sealed everything up almost as good as new. This was not a cheap job - the price guarantee was a lifesaver. And I feel like he did the work the right way with no shortcuts, even adding an extra clean-out valve outside of the house. I will definitely call him again.
