- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on the time spent on Client business. It is usually a range which can be 10% to 15% affected by specific circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally want to introduce myself and get a better understanding of the services needed via a brief phone call. After that initial discussion i am better prepared to offer a pricing of the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant and have earned a Master in Business Administration from Hofstra University. With many years of experience spent in highly responsible roles I feel confident that I can meet the most exigent business needs.
