With a month of lessons, I can say Steve has a methodical way of teaching that takes away the stress of learning a new skill. He makes sure to match your pace without getting repetive, so you never feel like you've hit a plateau. There's a new challenge to look forward to in each lesson that makes it feel like you're leveling up in a video game. I feel confident that if I put in the time, I'll continue to see progress in the months to come.

Steve is great. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and highly professional. I have been playing guitar since 14 years old I was stuck in a rut for a few decades. I recently join a start up band and found myself with a lot of limitations. I sought Steve’s help and he responded promptly. We’re on our fourth remote video lessons, and Steve changed my life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are consistently within the same range or in many cases lower than those of professional music studios, and I travel to my students for convenient in-home sessions. I also discount further for any and all extended sessions booked over and above a one hour time frame.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each student is different and I assess each individual's goals, musical genre, strengths and weaknesses in order to customize a lesson plan that makes sense and will deliver true, measurable results within a reasonable time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thirty years of playing and teaching experience, twently of those years as a self employed, full time professional. I am also always working to further improve and advance myself as a player, so that I may be a more effective instructor and mentor.
