- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our clients what they would like to achieve with their technology and if they have any expectations for growth in the future. We then strive to provide our clients with the technology that will meet these variables and educate them on it to provide the most effective experience for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently have a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification. I have 11 years of experience with hardware/software repair, troubleshooting, assessing issues that clients may have, network and server deployment and troubleshooting. Have worked in retail, private sector, and education, performing IT solutions for users. Currently providing IT support for local clients in small and medium sized businesses as well as large businesses as a consultant.
