We hired Holly and her team to cater a backyard BBQ for 35 adults and 10 kids and they did an amazing job. The food was fresh and delicious and they operated like true professionals in their field. I was amazed at how much food prep they did on site and yet managed to leave the kitchen spotlessly clean. Can't wait to have them back again for another family celebration!

Holly and team were amazing! Their food was incredible too. Every plate was perfect. I loved how everything came out fresh, hot and delicious. They set up on time for every part of the party and easily adjusted as our timeframe fluctuated. Holly kept me updated about everything, and I didn't have to worry at all. Every person on her team from the kitchen to the waitstaff to her bartended were professional and kept my party running smoothly. I will DEFINITELY be using them again.

We had the BEST experience hiring Holly and her staff for our 50-guest backyard wedding reception in October 2020! Holly was professional and communicative throughout the process. She listened to our specific needs and provided two fabulous waitstaff and a bartender, as well as cheese and dessert platters for each table. The three women who worked our event were incredibly personable and professional. They prepped the food to perfection, served with smiles and cleaned up beyond our expectations! We would highly recommend hiring Holly's Hostesses for your next event!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 5 hour minimum for wait and bar staff. Our rates are not the same in all areas of the Island. Traffic and distance dictates the hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to our clients so we can better assess their needs and offer all our services. Staffing, Catering & Equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Holly is a three time graduate of St Josephs College earning two Masters Degrees. Holly also has been in the off premises catering industry for over 25 years. Holly also holds a Suffolk County Food Handler Managers certification. Holly is also current with F.A.C.T.S Flight Safety Training and is available to travel in with clients on Charter Flights and is available to work for Charter Companies. Holly is certified in CPR/AED
