- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give our prices up front and in person; we do not give pricing over the phone. We are comparable with other companies, but what makes us stand out: we offer some of the best warranties and we offer same day service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send the plumber over to your home/business and he will meet with you and go over all of your options since sometimes there is more than one way to fix the problem. He will give you the price up front so you can make decisions on what you would like to have done. If you agree he will stay and fix the problem for you at that time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a family business, followed in my grandfather's footsteps.
