Here’s how our typical process works when we start with a new customer for Mayden Home Improvement: Initial Consultation: We schedule a free consultation to discuss your project, needs, and expectations for roofing or siding work. Detailed Inspection: We conduct a thorough inspection of the site to assess the scope of the project and provide recommendations. Customized Proposal: Based on the inspection, we prepare a detailed proposal with a breakdown of materials, labor, and costs, including the 15% discount on your first project. Approval & Scheduling: Once you approve the proposal, we require a 50% deposit to schedule and begin the project at your convenience. Project Execution: Our skilled team begins the work, ensuring everything is completed with the highest standards of quality and safety. Final Walkthrough & Payment: After the project is completed, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction. Once the project is approved, the remaining 50% payment will be due. We ensure transparent communication throughout the process to deliver the best results!
