In addition to Responsiveness, Professionalism and Work Quality, Jacob actually went up to the roof to take measurements and assess the roof, offered me a timely replacement plan in a written estimate, and most important at an affordable price that was within my budget. Due to a stormy afternoon weather forecast on the day of the roof replacement, after consulting with me, Jacob and his team of workers arrived at 7am, worked diligently, installed the new roof as promised, totally cleaned up and removed all the pieces/ trash of the old roof before the wind/rain storm began. In addition, I receive periodic texts along with photos from the roof showing me the progress of the removal and new roof installation, Jacob and his Jl Roofing Team did an outstanding job exceeding my expectations, and I recommend them without and reservation or concern for anyone needing a roof replaced at a fair and reasonable price!

If you did your research, you will understand Jacob as he is explaining the job. I had a price in my mind and he came in much lower but the quality of work is excellent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer quality above all, our prices are based on quality and experience. We are honest and trustworthy, we will never charge more than what is due.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate, we make an appointment. We take the necessary precautionary measures in these times due to the virus. Then we go up to the Roof and see what is happening and seeing what happens, we do an inspection. It is good that you know that if the Roof is in good condition we will tell you as well as if it is damaged. We will be with you throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 12 years of experience. We are Certified with the highest quality companies in this business. GAF and Owens Corning. It is also too much to say that we work with all types of Roofs.
