- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No co-pays, surprise bills or hidden fees. Insurance reimbursement potential depending on out of network benefits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect to receive the New Client Packet via email. Filling this out prior to your appointment saves time during your session. For home visits: Your therapist will bring a treatment table and various equipment to your home. You don’t need much space, just enough for the the therapist to move around the table as needed. During your session, you will have any questions answered and the treatment customized for your situation. Sessions are typically an hour long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of Doctors of Physical Therapy. They are movement specialists with a medical background and extensive training. Our Physical Therapists also complete continuing education courses to improve their skills and maintain license requirements.
