- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to get to know my client and where they are mentally and physically. And allow myself to understand how I can serve them in the best way possible. each one of us is unique in our own way and we all will require our own unique system to create the results we need, whatever that result may be. so with a good understanding of where you are, we will establish a system to get you where you want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of personal and professional experience in the science of fitness, worked with countless amounts of experts in the field studied yoga in its ancient form under the guidance of Vedic monks learning the various dimensions of yoga including its philosophy ,meditation , breathing exercises (prana yama) , hatha yoga ( asanas ,streatching ) , vyayam ( dynamic movement breathing) , and psychology. combined I have gathered a good understanding of the body and mind and various ways to better the health of both.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
personal passion and interest lead me down the path I am on now I have always been in interested in physical fitness and health of the body and for the past 6 years a student of vedic science and philosophy opening up a world of fascination with the human experience and all of its potential Im aways been very happy to share what I know with people and help them better their lives and hopefully better impact the lives of the people around them as well knowledge is useless without the compassion to share it with others it can help too.
