Maria's cleaning service is good at a reasonable price and she comes on time. She cleans our home every other week. The issue is the communication. She does not speak a single word of English and even if we try to use the translator, she finds it difficult to understand. So I am unable to get the way I wanted to clean certain spaces. She says yes yes and ignores my request. Also every time she comes with different set of people which makes us very uncomfortable and insecure. For this reason, I gave her a 4 star.
