- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love building excellent relationships with our clients, and as such we offer lucrative discounts for repeat cleanings. For example, if you select 2x a week you save 5% of our base pricing, at 5x a week you save 10%. In addition, we offer discounts based on contract length, so be sure to ask us about how much you can save on 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contracts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we want to learn about you, your business, and your needs. We then like to follow up with a walkthrough so we can be sure our quotes are reasonable and fair and everyone is satisfied with pricing. Once you sign your contract, your work is done, and you leave the cleaning to us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years of combined experience in janitorial services in which we've received extensive training in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, equipment operation, and customer service skills. Ongoing training ensures our team stays updated on new practices and technologies in our ever-evolving industry.
