FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive because I enjoy the work that I do and I limit my overhead. I provide fair prices for honest work; I'm not looking to make money by marking up materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with an initial visit to discuss/review the project. I then draft a quote that's sent via email to give the customer an idea of the total expenses. After working out some specific design choices and deciding on a schedule, I'll send the customer a contract for review. Once the contract is signed, work begins and I work closely with the customer to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father had me siding our house at age of 12 and I've been working with my hands ever since. People enjoy what they're good at, and I love this work! I also spent several years working in a professional environment, both in customer service and project management, which I think helps provide a better overall experience for customers.
