- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a single $25 travel fee per household, added to the final cost of the service, regardless of the amount of pets per household. (Up to 20 miles from my home address).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply require a brief phone conversation to discuss pets for whom service is being requested. I do require up to date vaccinations for all pets being serviced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a grooming apprenticeship in 2013. Since this time I have worked as a professional pet groomer, in mobile grooming settings, as well as grooming salons. I also spent 3 years in an emergency animal hospital, as a hands-on support staff member for emergency veterinarians and veterinary technicians. I continually take classes and workshops to further my education in the grooming field.
