- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing based on the specific details of the contract. Our price plan ranges between 22 and 40 dollars an hour, depending on services provided. We will be able to go more into that after the site assessment is complete. We do offer a pay in advance discount, and payment by credit card is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process in a quick overview. We meet with the customer at their location or the work site. Create a work site assessment that meets the needs of the customer. Create a standard operating plan specific to the needs of the customer, and then meet again and ensure all functions of the job are covered. Within the SOP we cover actions during a response, contact information for the customer and all OSHA, as well as Hazmat instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are NYS certified Security, Peace or Law Enforcement Officers, who are all trained in basic First aid and certified in CPR/AED. Some are trained at NYS EMT- B or higher.
