With an emphasis on the unconscious programed mind, attachment systems theory, epigenetic generational wounds, spiritual wisdom, and a sprinkle of astrology - clients are provided with all the knowledge and resources they need to feel supported on their healing journey home to their authentic selves. I believe that the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health of each human is intimately and profoundly connected in ways science is only beginning to understand.  It is possible to find freedom from self-limiting patterns, traumatic experiences, and develop deeply satisfying relationships. When we interpret our journey through the lens of the soul, we can not only change the very core of our existence in this lifetime, but the experience of future generations and our souls experience in future lifetimes."
