- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices, However I will always work with my customers so please do not hesitate to ask me any questions that you may have. Please message me for more information or visit the link to my business page. I also run promotions here and there so please ask. A signed agreement and deposit is required. Deposit is due the day of trial. Deposit holds your wedding date and goes toward the day of your wedding. Payment is due upon the day of the wedding for everyone in the Bridal party. I accept card via Venmo and cash. No checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much as possible about my clients, to help better serve them and their needs and to also have a relationship that is understanding with my clients. My number one goal is to make sure you are happy from beginning to end. For me making sure that is my 100% focus then I have done my job correctly! I want you to be comfortable and feel beautiful!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning the new trends of today in the makeup industry, taking classes, reading and also going to trade shows.
