If you are going to use a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator for the day of, I couldn't recommend The Wedding Connection enough. Gabrielle is not only incredibly responsive, she is on top of everything to make sure she assigns the right person for you on your day. I needed a wedding coordinator just to help me during my big day and Paige from the TWC team was INCREDIBLE. My guests the next day were raving about how on top of every single detail she was, going above and beyond was she was contracted to do the day of. She coordinated everything throughout the day, from managing everyone at the church, delegating everyone's to do's from our musical director to our flowerboy, setting up the venue with flower arrangements, candles and all decor + helping during photo session with our photographer. Paige managed not only my expectations but went above and beyond during my day. My husband was opposed to getting a planner at all, and the day of he was really happy we both had Paige to lean on. They are truly the best team out there and I feel very lucky to have found them. Five stars doesn't measure how emotionally supportive this team is. Best decision we made.

We were so fortunate to have Gabrielle and Paige from The Wedding Connection as our wedding coordinators, and we couldn’t be happier with the incredible job they did! From the moment we started working with them, their professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident which made the entire process so much smoother and stress-free.
Their attention to detail is truly unmatched. Whether it was ensuring that our decor & details were displayed perfectly or double-checking the smallest elements of the timeline, Gabrielle and Paige made sure every single detail was accounted for. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was overlooked.
What really stood out to us was their attentiveness. They were always available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and respond to last-minute requests. On the wedding day, they were everywhere—managing vendors, handling unexpected changes, and making sure we could fully enjoy our celebration without worrying about a thing.
Their seamless coordination, calm demeanor, and creative problem-solving were beyond impressive. Gabrielle and Paige truly made us feel like our wedding was as important to them as it was to us, and that level of care is incredibly rare. They made the day feel effortless, and everything turned out perfectly because of their dedication and hard work. I will be able to thank them enough nor forget all they did to ensure we had the best day.
We highly recommend The Wedding Connection, and if you have the chance to work with Gabrielle and Paige, you are in the best hands possible. Their passion for their work shines through in everything they do, and we are beyond grateful for the role they played in making our day unforgettable.

Hiring Gab and her team was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I had most of my vendors booked so Gab suggested we do their day of coordinator package and it was so worth it. Even though we didn’t hire them for full planning, they were available to help me with any questions along the way and recommend vendors. Two months before the wedding is when they really started contacting vendors and building the timeline. I truly couldn’t imagine having to do all that stuff on top of the rest of the planning stress. They were SO good and on top of everything the whole time. The day of the wedding, they were better than I ever could’ve imagined. They made sure everything was perfect and the day went smooth. They calmed every anxiety I had and did the same for my mom. It honestly feels like they’re your best friends for the day lol. I’m so thankful we had them by our side on our wedding day 🤍

This will be long but I assure you it is worth it for TWC.
I genuinely don’t know where to begin - I can write a whole book explaining how unbelievably incredible this team is. Aside from my now husband, Gab and Jess were the best decision I could have ever made when it came to planning our wedding. We were going back and forth about whether or not we needed any coordination and I am SO GLAD we chose to do so and even happier we chose TWC. This team was so on top of everything from the moment we booked with them. They really took the time to get to know us and treated myself, my husband and our families like family themselves. Both Gab and Jess are so caring, loving and amicable. They made it clear if I had any questions throughout the process to ask, and I did, and they were always quick to respond. As we got closer to the wedding, they both would consistently send me check lists of things I should be doing and let me know what they can take off of my plate. I really did not have to do much of anything other than send them my inspiration for them to bring to life.
In a time that is very stressful for most, I seemed to be the least bit stressed. The only thing I needed to worry about was marrying the love of my life. The TWC team made sure the day ran as smooth as possible; if there were any hiccups I had absolutely zero idea. I left a payment for one of the vendors in our hotel room, and without hesitation they not only went back to the hotel and grabbed the envelope, but cleaned our room so it wasn’t a disaster to come back to given myself and the bridesmaids got ready there. All night they were checking in on us and our families making sure everyone was fed, happy, had a drink, or needed anything at all. And to top it all off, Gab and Jess got INCREDIBLE content of the day of and now I have all of these videos and pictures to look at despite our photos not being ready for weeks.
