- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is mainly based on cost of material and labor. Were very fair with our pricing. We want to keep a long term relationship with our costumers so they feel comfortable using us in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start off on the phone and talk about the service the client needs(cleaning, pointing, liner, etc). Any questions the costumer has or information they have about the problem can be addressed. Then we schedule an appointment. Once we arrive we check the base of the chimney and check the top of the chimney. From there we will be able to assess situation and talk to with the costumer about their chimney.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 6 years in the marine corps. There they instill in you honor, courage and commitment. Every chimney job whether it be a basic chimney cleaning or a fireplace restoration, my team and I work off these values.
