- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no set pricing. Prices are custom and based on the clients' needs. However, my service fee starts at $600 for event decorating services for up to 50 guests. The service fee increases based on the scope of the decor desired, guest count, location, and if event planning is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a client is first talking to them on the phone, to figure out what exactly they are looking for. I then create a vision board based off of their ideas and schedule an in-person meeting with them. The meeting allows us to go over the vision board, my ideas and to really get a feel for each other to make sure we would be a perfect match. Once this happens, the planning begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Public Relations and MA in Integrated Marketing. I have completed internships at record companies and radio stations helping with the coordination of small events such as office meetings to huge events such as concerts. I have also held event planning positions.
