I went to beat buy first they had my computer for 3 weeks and were asking for 524 dollars to repair my computer. They wanted to replace the whole mother board. I told them I would get a second opinion. I went to John and he told me he thought it was just the video cable which it was. He had the whole computer repaired for me in 1 day. I haven't had a problem since and he also fixed about 5 other problems for me that I didn't even know existed for 90 dollars. I highly recommend this guy for every pc problem you have. My pc hasn't run this fast since. I need my pc for college and he had it done with more than enough time for me to be ready for school.

John Beekman did a totally professional job and did it quickly.
He solved several important computer problems and I learned a lot in the process. We will be doing more updates later after I verify the compatibility of some of my ancillary programs needed for video editing.
John is also enjoyable to work with.

John was handled my request beyond what I expected. He was thorough during the entire process, from meeting him and explaining what and why I wanted to giving me updates during the process and asking if I was comfortable with any changes he was making to finally when it was completed and walking me through all the different aspects that I might be unfamiliar with. I absolutely recommend John for any computer hardware and software issues.

A network computer was 'hijacked' and essentially useless. John was able to eliminate the malware and spyware, rebuild the operating system and get the unit back on line. This was done with a minimum of disruption, economically and with his assurance of excellent performance. We would have John back whenever our needs demand his skills.

John was professional, efficient and thorough in the repair of our laptop. He did a major overhaul on this laptop, including updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10, repaired issues with the hard drive, completed numerous other updates and fine-tuned overall operation so that now it’s working better than it ever has! John kept us updated on his progress as he worked. We highly recommend JB Computing Repair to everyone and will definitely call John Beekman if we have computer issues again.
