Santo was great! I couldn’t believe how responsive he was… he contacted us right away, and came by when he said he would at a time that was best for us. He diagnosed the issue quickly and not only fixed our microwave, he went a step further to determine why it happened in the first place. He then took a few minutes to give us tips on how to get more ‘mileage’ out of our older model microwave! I couldn’t recommend him strongly enough. If we need another appliance repair, he’ll be our go-to. Thank you, Santo!
