Introduction
I’m a 300hr trauma-informed registered yoga instructor teaching in-studio Vinyasa, Yin and Sculpt at Y7 Studio and Heatwise Yoga in NYC. My mission is to provide yoga wisdom in order to guide individuals through a journey that honors the beautiful complexities of healing & growth. I have a true and deep passion for sharing the physical practice of yoga, yoga principals, philosophy, and meditation. I’m also passionate about strengthening, mobility and general health and wellness.

My favorite yoga instructor! Sav has such a calming, welcoming, and kind demeanor to her. I always love the message she brings to class because it puts you in a great headspace while beginning/ending the each flow. She’s the best!!! If there’s someone I recommend, it’s Sav!
