The meditation sessions are founded upon the techniques of mindfulness meditation, which trace their roots to Vipassana, one of the oldest Buddhist meditation practices.
I've been a yoga practitioner for 13 years and have been teaching for the last 5. Throughout my journey I discovered my passion to share my knowledge, to guide and encourage others to find themselves in the practice and obtain all the physical and mental benefits that yoga provides.
Following a significant life event, I discovered the transformative power of meditation, which helped me shift my perspective and fostered a profound connection with my inner self, leading to a more conscious and aware approach to life.
I completed my first 200 hour teacher training in Medellin, Colombia in 2019.
In 2022, I traveled to India, where I completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training program, alongside intensive practice in various meditation and pranayama techniques, allowing me to deepen my personal practice and gain a deeper understanding of yoga's philosophy.
How does the process work:
1. Send me a message with your email address so I can share with you my brochure with all the details and rates.
2. We will set up a phone call to discuss schedules, get a better understanding of your needs and goals and answer all the questions you might have.
3. I will create a program for you and design the classes according to your specific goals.
> The private sessions are held in the comfort of your building's gym or yoga studio. Prioritizing safety, I do not conduct sessions in personal apartments.
