- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask yourself if you are ready to make the change you seek. If the answer is unequivocally yes, that you will do whatever it takes and you are ready to trust someone in helping you to achieve your goals then 50%+ of the task is already complete. If you are unsure or feel that you can't give that answer with confidence, take some more time to consider WHY you want to make the change. Come up with a list of answers and then ask yourself why you wrote those answers. Completing this exercise will paint the clear picture of what you want and give you the confidence to invest in yourself and make a true change by working with a professional.
