As a certified 500hr registered yoga teacher, I provide customized private yoga sessions & corporate wellness training throughout New York City. ▶︎PRIVATE YOGA: I am certified to teach a variety of styles such as: yin, prenatal, vinyasa, drills & yoga nidra. Sound baths can be added in private sessions as requested. Beginners: Introduce the practice of yoga by breaking down each pose and its benefits. I will craft specialized yoga flows catered to your personal goals and share educational content on the benefits of a strong yoga practice. A safe space will be created for you to explore and learn the practice at your comfort and pace. Intermediate - Advanced Students: Is there a specific pose or focus area you are looking to improve in your practice? There are many ways you can advance your practice outside of your typical studio classes. We will focus on creating specialized drills/sequences for you that will challenge and grow you beyond the studio. ▶︎PRENATAL YOGA: As a prenatal certified yoga instructor prenatal yoga provides a safe space for prenatal clients to safely practice yoga throughout the duration of the pregnancy. Prenatal yoga sequences involve pelvic floor work, safe transverse core exercises & prenatal theme based practices. ▶︎PILATES: Sessions are designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. For those looking to blend yoga, I also teach Yogalates, combining the core-focused precision of Pilates with the breath and flow of yoga. I tailor each session to your goals and desires. PLEASE NOTE: I am located in the Upper East Side if you would like to travel near me. Additional charges will incur if you would like to practice in a yoga studio setting. Travel to your home space or home/corporate gym that you already have access to is preferred method. ▶︎CORPORATE WELLNESS: Receive customized wellness programs to meet the needs of corporations and your employees. Within the wellness program I offer the following services that can be bundled together as requested. 1. Health & wellness workshops to help employees improve productivity and prevent burnout. 2. Meditation & yoga sequences designed for corporate employees to reduce stress and improve posture. 3. Leanne is wonderful! She is caring, energetic and really knows what she’s doing. She mixes up the poses each session and is always happy to introduce a new pose. I’m a first time yoga student over the age of 70 and she’s made it the right mix of fun and challenging. I highly recommend her!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are opportunities to purchase class packages of 5 & 10 at a discounted rate. Referral program discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first set up an intro call, where I learn more about you and your background and goals you are looking to obtain from private yoga. We will then set up an introduction session where I will customize a class based on the knowledge that was shared with me in our intro call. Our first session will be a customized class that will incorporate an evaluation & introduction. The intro session is a way for developing rapport and also a way for me to further evaluate your practice. If you enjoyed the intro session and both believe this will be a good fit, we will then discuss class packaging offers and schedule your next session. I offer hands on assists for in person sessions for those who are interested. Please know that hands on assists are not required and the benefits of a private yoga session can still be achieved through effective cueing and intentional planning.
