FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a fantastic discount when you sign up for a package of 10 classes. In terms of pricing, I provide three tiers of options. If you prefer to come to me, it's $100 per 75-minute session. If you'd like to practice in the serene surroundings of Central Park, it's $125 per 75-minute session. For the convenience of sessions in your own home, it's $150 per 75-minute session. Each session includes one hour of asana practice, followed by 5-10 minutes of meditation, and 5-10 minutes of goal setting and check-ins. If you prefer to use a studio, there's an additional fee which includes the cost of the studio space for the hour, on top of the session fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: Shannon begins by scheduling an initial consultation with each new client. During this session, she takes the time to understand the client's goals, needs, preferences, and any existing health considerations. Assessment: Following the consultation, Shannon conducts a thorough assessment of the client's current physical condition, flexibility, strength, and any potential limitations. This assessment helps Shannon tailor her approach to suit the client's individual requirements. Goal Setting: Together with the client, Shannon sets clear and achievable goals for their yoga practice. These goals serve as a roadmap for the sessions ahead, ensuring that each session is focused and purposeful. Customized Program Design: Based on the client's goals, needs, and assessment results, Shannon designs a personalized yoga program. This program may include a combination of yoga styles, techniques, and modifications tailored to the client's specific requirements. Session Implementation: Shannon guides the client through each private yoga session, providing hands-on instruction, support, and encouragement along the way. She adapts the sessions in real-time based on the client's progress and feedback. Progress Tracking: Throughout the client's journey, Shannon tracks their progress towards their goals, adjusting the program as needed to ensure continued growth and development. Ongoing Support: Shannon provides ongoing support and guidance to her clients outside of the private sessions, offering resources, tips, and encouragement to help them stay motivated and committed to their yoga practice.
