Amazing work! They were able to fix my window balances which no ones else could. My windows were big, discontinued and balances are hard to find. All the others were trying to get us replace whole new windows. Eric and his team came in and repair all. They delivered quality work more exactly as promised.

Sashes needed to be repaired on three of our windows. Eric called within 30 minutes of my request, and came out the same day to take a look. Repaired 2 windows that wouldn’t stay open. Responded by phone within an hour of posting the job. Came out the next day. Gave me an estimate over the phone which he honored. No charging for coming out for an estimate. Arrived about 15min early. Gave me a time estimate for completion which he beat. Did the job for about 30% less than estimate from a similarly rated provider who couldn’t get to me for 3days. Responsive competent polite and reasonable.
