Officiant NYC is amazing! My now husband and I decided to elope in Central Park. We had booked an officiant a month in advance and thought we only had to worry about the post-elopement celebration. Well, our officiant caught the flu two days before our date and had to pull out. Cue the chaotic search for an officiant who is available on such short notice. This was especially nerve-racking since we decided to get married the week of Christmas. When we connected with Alex from Officiant NYC for our elopement, it was such a relief. Alex was incredibly accommodating, especially considering the short notice. He hopped on a call with us and talked us through our wants for the ceremony. It felt reassuring to be heard and understood. My husband and I both felt at ease after our call and we officially booked Alex to be our officiant. I don't have the professional photos back, so I can't show the actual ceremony just yet. But my goodness, the tears! I thought we both weren't going to cry, but the way Alex worded everything in the ceremony was deeply emotional and romantic. Overall, we wanted a simple, relatively quick (it was COLD and raining), and intimate ceremony. Alex delivered that and so much more. I know all our photos are going to be of us tearing up because of how moved we both were. He was even mindful of the aesthetic side of the ceremony! From helping us pick a location in the park to working with our photographer to ensure we got great photos, he paid attention to the atmosphere we wanted to create. His input made us feel at ease, especially considering he has so much experience with elopements. Overall, I think things worked out perfectly! I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with Alex from Officiant NYC.

Our officiant Alex was incredible. He suggested a beautiful location and was able to meet us in-between weddings. This is a great service for anyone who is in need of a quick officiant for an elopement.

Stephanie is awesome!!! We knew right from our first meeting that she would be the right person to officiate our wedding. Despite only finding her a month before our actual wedding day, she was very easy to work with, responsive to all our messages, and super down to earth. After one encounter, she was able to take a small description of us and turn that information into something truly wonderful for her speech. It was as if she had known us for a long time, and many of our guests were surprised to learn that she had only met us a month before! She also helped to create outline for our ceremony and gave us great ideas about the order and how to incorporate a live singing performance. During the actual ceremony, she even helped when we had a minor hiccup regarding the processional music (thank you so much again for that)!! Overall, she is organized, fun, and is genuinely a nice person! We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great officiant in NYC. Stephanie, you did such an amazing job, and we cannot thank you enough for all that you did!
