- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a range of pricing, allowing the customer to have options. For basic needs and quick starts we offer flat pricing and for more customized solutions we quote based on the project. We also offer hourly consulting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For project work, we have at least one consultation to gather necessary info for a proposal. We then offer a proposal and once approved we send out an official contract to be executed before we can start on the project. Some projects require depsoists to be paid. We like keeping customers engaged and aware throughout the project so depending on the customer's preference, we schedule a range of meetings for confirming requirements to demoing progress to training when the solution is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As founder and primary Systems Implementations Consultant of BiRFT, I have a a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Management and Information Systems, both from business schools, so I have a good mix of business and technical knowledge and experience. I am also PMP certified allowing me to apply proper standards in the management of software development and implementation projects. Other members of the BiRFT team also hold credentials in various areas of business and IT.
