- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The 4th of July is soon approaching. It’s a great day to host a party. But, as with all MAJOR holidays, the rate will higher. I love what I do. I have an excellent team of dedicated servers and bartenders. In this industry, we are a costumed to working on Holidays. Almost anyone, that works on holidays, gets paid double time or tIme and a half. In order to keep my wonder team, I gotta pay them a higher rate, for holidays. My prices are competitive and based my experience. Prices will vary, depending on, length of event*, guest count, type of event*, location*, time of year*, and the amount of service professionals working your event. Keep in mind, I service NY, NJ, CT. We travel from NYC. However, I have a 5 hour paid minimum for events. Meaning, I have to pay my employees a minimum of 5 hours. We can do shorter events, but the rate will be the same, for 5 hours. Events located outside of the 5 boroughs have a travel fee, at the hourly rate + the cost or tolls and or parking For BARTENDING JOBS. I have a few different options. Tier One- A standard bar with - beer, wine, champagne & simple mixed drinks- working supplies (shaker, stir sticks, muddler, napkins) Tier Two- A custom bar- beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, mock tails and custom bar menu with premium ingredients . The ingredients depend on your cocktail choices. +$5.00ph, plus cost of ingredients Examples-Cherub Cocktail Cherry Bomb Mule, Blackberry Mule, Coconut Hurricanes, V20, Deposits are on a case by case basis. If your event is more than 21 days away, I will need a small deposit of hold the date. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a through conversation, about their ideas and expectations for their party. Based on what they tell me they are looking for , and the style of service , I can suggest the amount of a service professionals, they could use. I want things to run, smoothly, but consider their budget. Please be accurate with the guest count If it’s a bartending gig, I ask if they want any speciality cocktails. A simple bar would cost less, than a custom bar. I do like creating a menu. I do have several items, I bring with me, to create unique drinks. I will specify what I’m bringing . For an additional Service charge, I can provide alcohol, . Also, if they have certain requests for uniforms. My staff usually wears one of the following: black or white button down shirts - black pants black or white polos - black pants or khaki pants. (We can buy almost any color polo 4 your event) black cocktail dress Halloween Costume Sports attire If there is a special uniform request, please let me know. FOR LARGE EVENTS in off premise venues I like to see and see the venue, to go over everything, Please not, if you request a quote from me, and I don’t answer, it’s almost always because I am already booked for the same date. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am insured. Most Private venues, require some level of insurance I am college educated, and well traveled. I know about different cultures. I have worked religious holiday parties. I am familiar with international food. I am TIP certified in NYS, 2016. TIP certified refers to an alcohol training program that most US states require of some of the employees
