Introduced details in full about fabric and condition of the couch and they sent someone without the proper equipment and solutions! This is not a DEEP cleaning company.

A wonderful job! I asked Paul to come early, and the tech showed up on time at 7:30am on Saturday morning. We needed the mattress cleaned to be picked up by Raymour and Flanigan, and a great job was done, including getting an old coffee stain out. While the tech was here I asked to get the carpet cleaned as well. Thanks to my dog it had a few stains. They offered a very fair price and took care of it right away. In just under 2 hours, the carpet and the mattress were beautifully cleaned. I would not doubt for a moment hiring Paul and his crew again. Payment was easy as well, a QR code for Zelle was provided and I could make the payment in just a few seconds.
