The man mounted a 55' TV by himself, better than two other people did together. Not only that, but he installed a new electrical outlet by the tv, which I was not expecting, but is an example of going above and beyond imo. Will definitely use him again.

I needed a TV mounted above a fireplace. I needed the wires to connect behind the TV and run cables out the side of the fireplace. Audio Designs got the job done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Communication with Rob was thorough and clear. He was knowledgeable, was able to make recommendations on what was needed and gave me the space to decide. There were certain unforeseen issues due to some quirks in the way my place was built that they were able to diagnose and work around. They not only knew how to mount the TV but were able to give me insight into AV equipment and the trends to look for. Unfortunately, I have a Sonos playbar that wasn’t compatible with the mantel mount itself so I’ll be looking to get the Arc to then mount. But other than that, everything was done to perfectly.
