- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront pricing for my travel planning services to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. My planning fees are as follows: $50 for groups of 1-4 people $100 for groups of 5-10 people Additional $50 per person for groups larger than 10 $30 for air travel inquiries only These fees are non-refundable but are applied toward the final payment of your booked trip (excluding deposits). My goal is to provide exceptional value by saving you time and finding the best options for your travel needs. My host agency and I frequently offer discounts in our packages, which also may be based upon availability, travel location, and special occasion. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I begin with a consultation to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. From there, I curate personalized options, from destination and lodging choices to activity suggestions. After refining details and securing bookings, I provide a detailed itinerary and offer ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for each client.

I am a certified professional travel agent with in-depth training in global travel booking systems, customer service, and destination-specific research. Additionally, I stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry certifications, and supplier updates, ensuring I can provide informed, reliable travel advice for my clients.
