- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Spyder, we have a structured process for each type of service we offer. To begin, we engage in introductions and listen to our clients to understand their specific needs and desired outcomes. Our range of services includes Accounting, Individual Tax Filing, Business Tax Filing, and Bookkeeping (for both businesses (using Quickbooks, Xero, Excel) and individuals (using Quicken)). For each service, we analyze the client's income streams, expenses, and the nature of their operations. Based on this, we provide a relevant information request list. Once we receive the necessary information, we proceed to create a tax draft and share it with the client for review and approval. Once approved, we efficiently e-file the tax returns, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process. Furthermore, we also share a couple of suggestions and insights that could help reduce our clients tax liability for the following year.
