- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve been teaching Spanish to professionals for over 20 years and for that reason, my students find me trustworthy. If pricing is your only factor, my team or I may not be your Spanish coach, but if quality and proven results are your key component, then I am your best choice. I put my heart and soul into every lesson and all the preparation behind. I listen to you and what you need in every course, and work with you to find the best and most efficient way of learning. I offer 10, 20 and 40 lesson packages. My lessons start at $45 (the most popular package of lessons) compared to a regular lesson that is $65. The INTENSIVE SPECIAL IS A 40 lesson package that runs for 10 weeks and with the SPECIAL fee goes down from $65 to $45 (per 45-minute lesson). The intensive is intensive. It is intended to boost your Spanish and sessions are twice a week in double sessions. Each single session is 45 minutes long and double sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes long. In the double sessions we have time to practice all 4 language skills: speaking, listening/understanding, reading and also writing! The INTENSIVE SPECIAL is an intensive 10-week package organized in sessions of 1 hour and 30 minutes meeting twice a week. Take advantage of this special for a very reduced fee!! SAVE 25% on each lesson!! I also offer other less intensive options. For instance, if you can only meet once a week, we can have double sessions with a lot of practice once a week, and extra homework with 100% hands on approach so that you are ready to rock in the next session! I work with a team of teachers, college professors and highly qualified tutors who are passionate about teaching Spanish. We are all Spanish native speakers, and most of us hold a Master Degree in Spanish. Additionally, some of us have also earned a Doctoral Degree in Teaching Spanish. We also offer 1 on 1 lessons for children starting at 4 years old, starting at $40. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I normally conduct a free demo lesson via Zoom for 20-30 minutes. Then, we let the student know what we think we should be working on to improve his/her Spanish skills. We always have an honest conversation with the student to see his/her views on the target. When you decide what type of lessons you want, depending on your availability and goals we schedule a FREE DEMO LESSON with the professional that would best suit your needs. We are a team, but lessons are 1 on 1, always with the same teacher/tutor/professor with you throughout the whole course. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctoral Degree in Spanish and a Master's in Teaching Spanish. I have been teaching at the university level for over 15 years and teaching professionals for more than 20 years. My team is also highly trained, and all of us are Spanish native speakers. We all also hold a Master Degree in Spanish and some of us a Doctoral Degree as well.
