**"When working with a new customer, I start by conducting a comprehensive assessment to understand their specific needs and goals. This includes an Overhead Squat Test to evaluate mobility, flexibility, and tight areas in the body. Based on this analysis, I create a customized stretching plan tailored to address their unique requirements. During each session, I guide the customer through assisted stretching techniques, focusing on targeted areas to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance overall movement. Throughout the process, I prioritize open communication to ensure the customer feels comfortable and can provide feedback on their progress. For those interested, I can also design complementary training programs to align with their fitness goals."**

"I hold a bachelor’s degree in Soccer Coaching from Marmara University and a master’s degree in Soccer Coaching from Ohio University.
