- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer would send me half of the fees after the initial call. Once they send me that, the team will work on the guidance/feedback. After the second call, they would send me the balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Talk to the customer briefly about their current situation, and understand their goals and what they want out of the service. 2. The team will work on guidance and suggestions, and schedule a second call along with a detailed document that includes all necessary details. 3. Work with the customer through the journey to ensure the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team has counseled over 500 students and helped them secure admissions at the top universities. I graduated from college (May 2021) and navigated the job market during the pandemic to get 3 job offers. I was able to get these jobs through working on numerous iterations of my resume and cover letter that got my foot in the door and led to several interviews.
